Lea & Braze Engineering, provided site development and improvement plans for a 1.0+ acre mixed use development located between the borders of the City of Oakland, CA and the City of Emeryville, CA. The scope of this project was divided into two phases: working with jurisdictions from the City of Oakland, and the City of Emeryville that involved development around an existing underground culvert. Additional services included land and master planning, and condominium mapping.
